2. Payment & Refunds

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered and the sleep questionnaire has been shared with you.

3. Client Responsibility

You understand that consistent implementation of the sleep plan is key to success. Sleep Tight Little Dreamer is not responsible for outcomes if recommendations are not followed.

4. Limitation of Liabaility

We do our best to support families with evidence-based, developmentally appropriate practices. However, Sleep Tight Little Dreamer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
