Hi I'm Kelsey! I am the human behind Sleep Tight Little Dreamer. I am mom & dog mom, wife, Certified Child Life Specialist, and Pediatric Sleep Coach. My career has been spent working in children’s hospitals, supporting children and their families through challenging times, with a focus on improving coping and fostering healthy development.
As a mom, I found myself in the same sleepless trenches—spending countless nights searching the internet for answers. But instead of clarity, I found myself overwhelmed and confused by conflicting advice. That experience inspired me to combine my professional background and personal journey to help other families navigate sleep struggles with clarity and confidence.
